2 CHRONICLES 7:14-15
IF MY PEOPLE WHO ARE CALLED BY MY NAME WILL HUMBLE THEMSELVES, AND PRAY AND SEEK MY FACE, AND TURN FROM THEIR WICKED WAYS, THEN I WILL HEAR FROM HEAVEN, AND FORGIVE THEIR SIN AND HEAL THEIR LAND. NOW MY EYES WILL BE OPEN AND MY EARS ATTENTIVE TO PRAYER MADE IN THIS PLACE.

Please keep in prayer everyone who was hit by the hurricane. Lord Jesus America needs help.

My church talked about that hurricane today. Some interesting thoughts came up. One, suffering isn't always to punish, but sometimes it teaches and makes someone stronger. Two, the vice versa of one. Three, God calls us to show love. Four, (in connection with suffering and punishment), someone said "if God doesn't punish America, He would have to say sorry to Sodom and Gomorrah". (The last one was just what someone said, not what we were taught)
Have a great week Julie...
